Much of the training I’ve developed and delivered is for Microsoft applications including Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint on-premise and online, Teams and OneDrive. I create and customize content for each client, incorporating branding colors, fonts, and company logos.

Who knew live online training could be so good??? Well, it can be! I’ve done live online training for several customers, and with so many still working remotely, it’s a great option.
Intranet Pages
Many organizations have robust intranets where sites and pages are used to provide training tools for employees.
On Demand Videos
More and more organizations are providing training to their employees via videos. This is a great option especially for remote workers and field staff. Custom training videos have been developed for a number of my customers.

Although COVID-19 has taken away the option of onsite training, it is only temporary!
