Microsoft is ever changing the landscape of how we collaborate, communicate and share information. Drawing together their three collaborative applications SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive has resulted in powerful, yet familiar ways to work and share documents and information. These applications are all part of the Microsoft 365 platform, live in the cloud, and provide the flexibility of access using mobile devices and desktop computers.
And though it seems as if one should be able to jump right in and start using these tools, user adoption can be challenging and managing the change of it all can become overwhelming. I can help with planning, communications, implementation and training!
SharePoint for Your Intranet
SharePoint is used by numerous organizations to manage and present their employee intranet portals, publish company news and announcements, and provide collaboration sites where work is done.
I have worked with a number of clients over the years to help them plan, design and implement their intranets using SharePoint.
SharePoint for Managing your Documents
SharePoint is a great tool for managing your documents. Using libraries, content types, site columns and metadata, you really can get a handle on your documents.

SharePoint as a Process Specific Solution
Recently, I have created SharePoint sites to provide information and tracking on specific events or activities. One example is a site I created with SharePoint out of the box features to manage the ordering of COVID specific supplies. The site consists of an inventory list, an inventory request form, and email notifications when supply requests are submitted.
